Fragrance and Efficacy I
Part 1 of a strategy test in which we sorted our entire body care assortment into 5 olfactive spaces to study our customer’s navigational experience in the store.
We worked closely with merchandising and product development on identifying the fragrances notes for the segmenting. The development of the copy was based on the verbiage used by both our store associates and customers.
Supporting the olfactive spaces we had a two additional programs.
One highlighting the benefits and efficacy of our product and another one highlighting the newness in shop.
